These hand-painted co-ord pieces feature ajrakh — painted directly onto fabric by hand, with natural dyes. In a warm earthy base with bold florals, the roll neck top keeps things Chic, and sleek  while the mini skirt brings the edge—two pieces that work together and apart.

Azrak — Arabic for blue, the root of ajrakh — is a craft adorned in India since millennia, from the nomads of Sindh to the Priest King of Mohenjo-daro. We found one artisan working entirely by hand with natural dyes, and knew immediately. This is a one-off textile; we never managed to reconnect with them again. The rest of the cloth lives framed at our studio, for all eternity.
